Cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 30 days before the date of the course, we will refund the course fee, less a €30 administration fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before the date of the course, there is no refund. If you need to cancel because of exceptional circumstances, you can defer your place to a later course date or send someone in your place, once you advise us.
For our corporate training courses, a 50% deposit is required on booking. Once confirmed, dates may only be subject to one change.
