Louise Grubb, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of TriviumVet
When serial entrepreneur Louise Grubb was growing up, she spent her summers working in her family’s business in Waterford. It was one of those shops that sold everything; a pharmacy with a side of paint and bird seed.
Working alongside her late father taught her not to be afraid of regularly reinventing a business and to have a strong work ethic. Louise started her first company with a €10,000 car loan and, since then, has carved out her own path as an entrepreneur.
Now she’s running TriviumVet, her third company in the pharmaceutical space, developing drugs and medical devices for dogs, cats and horses.
